Sifo Systems Guidelines for refund


Sifo Systems refund policy is very simple and clear. Your order will be processed instantly for refund, if it fulfills all the guidelines.

Sifo's all software always recovers and convert maximum if you have faced any problem then you can contact us we will try to recover your data, and if you can’t get positive results then you can ask for refund.

Full Refund is not applicable in following cases:-

If our team find issues, we need to analyze the innovative file in the lab. In that case our team provides you our secure FTP tool to upload the files to our server.In case client asks for NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) we sign a NDA with client. After signing the NDA, if client doesn't send the file to us to fix the issues then refund is not applicable.


Software is purchased and client does not want to use it Further


After purchasing you realize that it is not working due to lack of minimum requirements of the software.

Partial refund or exchange of product if client has purchase wrong software by mistake

In case client wants to exchange the software for another software or have purchased a wrong software by mistake then the adjusted amount will be refunded back to client.


Refund process:-

If customer drops E-mail to support@sifosystems.com for refund. Then we will refund back all your money without any fee or deductions.It can take 30 days in appearing in your credit card statements.
